Lounge/ Diner: A spacious lounge/diner with an stone fireplace housing a coal effect electric fire, TV/DVD, radio/CD, pay phone, games and books.
Kitchen: Well equipped fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, slow cooker, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. With stunning views.
Utility room : With dish washer, automatic washing machine, iron/ironing board.
Up stairs:
Master bedroom: With a double bed and beautiful exposed stone work with stunning views.
Bedroom: With twin beds.
Bedroom: With triple hand crafted bunk beds and a beautiful exposed stone work fireplace housing an ornamental cast iron fire.
Bathroom: With bath, shower, WC, wash basin and hair dryer.
Outside:
Garden: With patio area with garden furniture, barbecue. The clear waters of Cotter Beck runs alongside the bottom of the garden.
Car parking: 2 cars directly by the cottage.
Services: All electricity is included in the rent, including 6 storage heaters, Immersion heater 2 tanks of hot water every day.
Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and two tea towels are included in the rent.
Please bring your own towels.
Towels are available to hire at an extra £4.00 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel per person per week or short break. Please advise at the time of booking if towels are required.
Baby: A travel cot (please bring your own bedding), high chair or booster, baby bath, pushchair, baby carrier. is available if requested at the time of booking free of charge.
Pets: 2 well behaved pets welcome.
