It is a haven for wildlife including red squirrels and many species of birds and the natural beauty of Cotterdale with its green meadows and upland pastures provides ample opportunity to walk the hills and fells and explore this stunning area of the Yorkshire Dales. Ground floor:

Lounge: Character lounge beamed ceilings, with an attractive stone fireplace housing a cast iron fire, A window seat deep set in two foot thick stone walls with views, TV/DVD, pay phone and a piano.

Kitchen: Well equipped fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, slow cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, automatic washing machine/ tumble dryer, iron/ironing board and breakfast table. With stunning views.

Dinning room: With dinning table and chairs, C/D player, games and books.

Up stairs:

Master bedroom: An impressive spacious bedroom with the wow factor a double bed, exposed beams and roof trusses. With stunning views.

Bedroom: With twin beds and triple aspect windows with stunning views, beamed ceiling. Accessed by master bedroom.

Bathroom: With bath, shower, WC, wash basin and hair dryer.

Outside:

Porch: For de-booting.

Garden: Patio area with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking the clear waters of Cotter Beck which flows along the bottom of the garden.

Car parking: 2 cars directly by the cottage.

Services: All electricity is included in the rent, including 4 storage heaters, Immersion heater 2 tanks of hot water every day.

Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and two tea towels are included in the rent.

Please bring your own towels.

Towels are available to hire at an extra £4.00 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel per person per week or short break. Please advise at the time of booking if towels are required.

Baby: A travel cot (please bring your own bedding), high chair, baby bath, pushchair and a baby carrier is available free of charge when requested at the time of booking.
