Once your chosen dates have been confirmed and reserved we will send you an email confirming this along with how to pay your deposit.
A deposit of £75.00 is required to confirm your booking.
If however you are booking within 6 weeks of your holiday, payment must be made in full.
Please make your holiday payment within 7 days of the provisional booking.

Method of payment taken:

Cheques: to be made payable to "Cotterdale Cottage Holidays". (No charges)

Bank Transfer: We will telephone or email bank details. (No charges)

Pay Pal and Credit Card: We will send your a email invoice. (There is a charge of 3.6%)

A deposit of £75.00 is required to confirm your booking.
If however you are booking within 6 weeks of your holiday, payment must be made in full.

UK Holiday Insurance:

A booking/reservation constitutes a formal contract for which you may be liable to pay the full amount if you cancel. Therefore we highly recommend holiday cancellation insurance, from as little as £20.00 Per booking (not per person), for peace of mind.

Linen, towels, electricity, heating, WiFi internet, tea towels, oven gloves and bath mat.
Eller Haw Cottage starter pack of coal and logs for the wood burning stove.

Pets:

Pets: We make a surcharge of £16.00 per week / break per pet.
Cotterdale Cottage Holidays allow two well behaved pets.
You must bring your own pet basket with you as pets are allowed only on the clear understanding that under no circumstances may they lie on beds, bedding or furniture.
Pets must not be allowed upstairs or left unattended in the property or elsewhere.
It is the pet owners' responsibility to remove all pet hairs from the interior of the cottage on vacation and all mess from the garden.

Please double check the gardens and make ensure any dog mess is removed straight away!
